Lunch- 1/2 turkey on wheat w/ fruit cup and Pringles stick (310 calories)

Crystal light rasberry greentea (5 calories)

Snack- Fudge strip cookies 100 calorie pack

Dinner- 3 canes chicken fingers w/ 1/4 cup of mashed potatos (585 Calories)

Throughout the day I had 3 bottles of water

Total calories today (1,207)

Breakfast- Fruity Cheerios w/ a small banana (190 calories)

Lunch- 1/2 turkey on wheat w/ Blackberry yougurt (250 calories)

Snack- Yogurt w/ Pringles Sticks (190 calories)

Dinner- Spaghettie w/ turkey meast suace (440 calories)

Dessert- Chocolate covered pretzels w/ gushers (230 calories)

Thoughout the day I had 3 water bottles

Total calories today (1,300)

Breakfatst- XXXX (o calories)

Lunch- Healthy Choice Steamed meal w/ milk (275 calories)

Snack- Chocolate pretzels W/ Fruit gel Cup (170 calories)

Dinner- 2 canes fingers 1 piece texas toast & canes sauce (547 calories)

Dessert -2 servings of Yougurt pretzels (200 calories)

Throughout the day I had 3 bottles of water

Total calories today (1,192)

Lunch- 1/2 Turkey w/ Yougurt (259 Calories)

Snack- Yogurt w. Pringles Sticks (200 calories)

Dinner-Honey Mustard BBQ Pork Ribs w/ Mac and CHeese & Green Beans (539 calories) * This may not be the accurate counting bc I mainly picked at the ribs, so I really dont know the amount I ate, I think next time Ill pick it and measire it then eat it.

Dessert- Yougurt pretzels (100 calories)

Through out the day I had 5 bottles of water

Total calories today- 1,366

WEight Loss update: 4.6 Lbs.

Breakfast: Scrambles Egg whites, 1 pieace of wheat toast & a banana (222 calories)

Lunch- 1/2 ham on wheat w/ baked doritos (250 calories)

Snack- Cookies (230 calories)

Dinner- London Broil w/ Fresh corn from the cob and Sweet potatos *both unsalted* & tbs. of butter on the sweet potatos (395 calories)

Dessert- Choco. dipped granola bar & gushers(230 Calories)

(Throghout the day I had 6 water bottles)

Total Calories today ( 1,327) I need to lower those calories...back on track tomarrow!
