Lunch- 1/2 Turkey w/ Yougurt (259 Calories)
Snack- Yogurt w. Pringles Sticks (200 calories)
Dinner-Honey Mustard BBQ Pork Ribs w/ Mac and CHeese & Green Beans (539 calories) * This may not be the accurate counting bc I mainly picked at the ribs, so I really dont know the amount I ate, I think next time Ill pick it and measire it then eat it.
Dessert- Yougurt pretzels (100 calories)
Through out the day I had 5 bottles of water
Total calories today- 1,366
