WEight Loss update: 4.6 Lbs.
Breakfast: Scrambles Egg whites, 1 pieace of wheat toast & a banana (222 calories)
Lunch- 1/2 ham on wheat w/ baked doritos (250 calories)
Snack- Cookies (230 calories)
Dinner- London Broil w/ Fresh corn from the cob and Sweet potatos *both unsalted* & tbs. of butter on the sweet potatos (395 calories)
Dessert- Choco. dipped granola bar & gushers(230 Calories)
(Throghout the day I had 6 water bottles)
Total Calories today ( 1,327) I need to lower those calories...back on track tomarrow!
