Lunch - 1/2 Turkey on wheat w/JELLO (155 calories)

SNack- JELLO & Choco. dipped granola bar (145 calories)

Dinner- 2 slices bucks pizza 1 chicken strip and 1 bufflo wing (500)

(THrough out the day I had six water bottles)

Breakfast- Wendys Mandrine Chicken Salade w/o the almonds (304 Calories)

Snack- Gushers & crab stick (125 calories)

Lunch-1/2 Turkey on wheat w/ peaches (220 calories)

Dinner- Shrimp Etufee w/ milk (175 calories)

Dessert- 1 cookie & Chocolat Dipped Granola Bar (270 Calories)

(Through out the day I had 3 waterbottles)

Total Calories today (1,094)
