I missed the Past two days, but I keep track of what I eat in a journal also, so here is what I ate for the past two days....

1/14/10

Breakfast- Special K Bar (90 calories)


*piece of gum (5 calories)

Lunch & Dinner- I ate at Lindas and Got three sides, Green Beans, GUmbo and Red beans. All Small and I ate Half at Lunch and Half at Dinner (439 Calories)

Snack- Chocolate dipped Granola Bar (140 calories)

Through out the day I had 3 waters bottles...im slacking :(

Total Calories (674)

1/15/10

Breakfast-Mini Bagels with 1/2 banana and a Yoohoo ( 295 calories)

Lunch- 1/2 turkey on wheat with baked potato chips & Sugar Free JELLO (155 Calories)

*GUm (5 cal. )

Snack- 1/4 cup dried Apricots and Crab Stick (150 calories)

Dinner- Home made Beefstew with milk (400 calories)

Through out the day I had 3 bottles of water

Total calories today (1,005)
