Lunch- 1/2 turkey on wheat w/ Blackberry yougurt (250 calories)

Snack- Yogurt w/ Pringles Sticks (190 calories)

Dinner- Spaghettie w/ turkey meast suace (440 calories)

Dessert- Chocolate covered pretzels w/ gushers (230 calories)

Thoughout the day I had 3 water bottles

Total calories today (1,300)
